When I first met Raymond in December of 2004, I was a part-time, Real Estate Investor.  I was trying to do every type of real estate deal, depending on the latest guru who blew through town, and succeeding only in spinning my wheels going nowhere very fast!

Real Estate with Raymond, came on the radio in the fall of 2004, I became an instant listener.  Then one night I thought, what if I approached Raymond with a deal he couldn’t refuse!  I put together a resume and cover letter, called Raymond and said I would like to meet with him.  The rest they say is history.

The first thing Raymond did was to have me stop everything I was doing and get focused.  What type of deals did I want to do, what was going to be my market niche?  Once that was determined, now go out and learn…but more importantly DO! (did I mention Raymond the Boot?!?!)  Raymond believes that you learn more by doing, than reading and doing nothing.

Raymond walked with me through my first short sale, from there Raymond the Coach took over, go get more short sale deals and DO more short sale deals.  By the end of the 6 months, I was a full time real estate investor!!  Raymond has become a valuable resource as my business has grown and prospered.  I left a $70k plus j-o-b to work for Raymond for free for 6 months.  Yes, it was worth every penny!  Raymond is a Money Maker.  I am now my own boss, working on 60 + short sales at any one time.  Closing 5-10 deals every month.
